APPROVED SEED CONDITIONERS

An approved conditioner is one that has been inspected and authorized by the Wyoming Seed Certification Service to condition seed which is eligible for certification in Wyoming.  The building, equipment, storage facilities, and the training and experience level of the employees must be satisfactory before a conditioner can be approved.  Conditioners have the responsibility of maintaining genetic purity and identity of all certified seed lots and keeping records according to the instructions issued by the certifying agency.  Upon receiving approval status, conditioners are authorized to receive, clean, sample, treat and tag certified seed.

The following seed conditioners have been inspected and approved by the Wyoming Seed Certification Service to condition seed eligible for certification through April 2005.  It does not include seed producers approved to condition only their own seed.
