The Candidate you nominate should be an active participant in the WCIA and demonstrate noteworthy effort in one or more of the following areas:

1. Exhibit a high standard of excellence in the areas of seed production, the seed industry, or research and extension.

2. Has made a significant contribution to the Wyoming certified seed industry (i.e. educational, research, marketing and promotion).

You may select a candidate who is a seed grower, seed dealer, University or Department of Agriculture employee. A Wyoming Crop Improvement Association jacket will be presented to the award recipient at the Annual Meeting Banquet.
